Bruce Richman, PhD, JD, is the founder and Executive Director of Prevention Access Campaign and Undetectable = Untransmittable, U= U, a global community of HIV advocates, researchers and organizations, uniting to clarify and disseminate a groundbreaking, but largely unknown fact that people living with HIV on effective treatment cannot transmit HIV. He received his Master’s in administration planning and social policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and his Jurist Doctorate from Harvard Law School.

Hillary Liss, MD, is an HIV physician trained in Internal Medicine and is an AAHIVM-certified HIV specialist. She serves as Medical Program Director of the Mountain West AETC and is a medical educator for the Mountain West AETC and University of Washington STD Prevention Training Center. She is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the UW School of Medicine. She serves patients in the Adult Medicine and HIV Clinics at Harborview Medical Center.
